I doubled my position at avg .58; I was a bit impatient.
What did you do?

This is a reluctant jesture by management....
If they accept buyout? Let's say .50...what insider gets?
Worse case buyout pps is .75

If they r/s refi? Insiders get washed out as well....unless they want to play dirty they marginalize their payout and that of shareholders by extending the "reality"

Or give up ~10% stake amd control of the stock. In the long run this benefits shareholders....

I'm not sure how I will attack trade, but I will say I love $10-20k flippers....
