I found something at the patents office. It coinsides with the start up of ksw In Oct. 2005 Very interesting. This application was only released to public on Thurs.

Not saying this it ~ but it sure all fits their claims and some of thier references to the process of the EM-100. This is REALLY interesting. I'm not a techie so if anyone has any thoughts after reading it let me know.
