I'm not concerned about the Dr's foray into Botox. My dermatologist office is in Cedar Sinai in Beverly Hills, CA. When I book appointments for periodic skin cancer removal I wait two months due to the heavy booking of those wanting cosmetic treatments. Those cosmetic treatments are easy money and help the revenue stream greatly. It's disappointing, but, a reality that doctors are adding cosmetic treatments whenever possible due to the added revenue stream.

I have similar concerns. In my case, that concern stems from the fact that the selection of "Botox doctor" was a decision that was entirely at the discretion our current management team. The Aruda deal was not...

I hope that future BOD selections can be more easily understood by the investment community and minority shareholders.

I'm far more concerned with Botox doctor choice than aruda...hopefully not a selection or managerial trend....
