SOMEthing happening here...What it is ain't exactly clear...

I have been seeing and reading about unfounded (or FOUNDED?)
speculation and rumours that indicate, as I say, "Something is afoot,
but I know not what is at hand."

There might be a Hearing in Florida on the 9th of this month --
THAT is this coming Tuesday! WHOA! Some of what I have
been able to Link to/with, or seen on various Sites, like Court Dockets
and Case Ledgers, or the OTC/PinkSheets, etc...SEEMS to indicate
SOMETHING along that line.

Clearly, the most obvious, and the first event that springs to mind,
is a "Settlement" of some sort. That is, specifically, a "Settlement
Out of Court." A "Settlement" of this lingering, nagging, nasty Case.

Of course, IF that were the case, then "the devil is in the details."
Meaning, a "Settlement" is ONE matter, yet THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
of that "Settlement" are -- or COULD BE -- quite another matter. Again,
IF SO, then we shall find out for ourselves in due time.

My mind is a-rolling and a-reeling, Friends. Clearly, something very
intriguing and still somewhat-vague and ill-defined, is taking place
(or HAS taken place?). YET, I see NO ANNOUNCEMENT or PR or
NEWS about ANY such events. Have any of YOU?

Things could get REALLY EXCITING -- I mean CRAZY, plumb LOCO EXCITING! --
next week!!$$$$

...Or perhaps not. Yes, the Jury (!?!!? lol) is truly still OUT,
and the obese, porcine female has yet to sing.
Or screech?
Or maybe only belch?

I've gotta note that, IF this is all about a "Settlement" of some sort,
details and terms aside, it will be among the very, very precious-FEW
such "rabbits-out-of-a-hat" that I have EVER witnessed in all my
Investing/Speculating/Observing years, Friends.

OR, perchance something ELSE has transpired, been accomplished,
or been met?
-- Tastings and actual Launch?
-- Branding/Labeling Approval?
-- Financials that are really, fully Audited?
-- FINRA Approval of new Stock Symbol? (Wouldn't it be A HOOT if it
really WERE "BOOZ?")
......................................REALLY?!??!

So...anyhow...it is ALWAYS tantalizing and thrilling to ponder this stuff!!$$$$
