I've shopped at a Kroger affiliate store for sixteen years. In the past I could give credit to an individual there. I tried to send support to the Kroger site but they insist that I should live in Texas. I don't. Mapquest used to understand where I live but recently when I use it they insist I live somewhere in Texas. And they are unable to correct it. So now they tell me there are no favorite stores for me within five hundred miles. I am eight blocks from my favorite Smith's which is part of the Kroger chain. But I am unable to tell Kroger that I support their decision. I tried.
