Therein lies the issue. We have been seeing float numbers on OTC Markets starting with 8M float a few months ago. Then 10, then 12, then almost 15, then almost 18. Now someone says it's almost 28 million. So people are going wow, that's a lot of dilution.

The problem is that that 10M has never been included in the float numbers reported by the company to OTC Markets. Those shares are not available for sale. If you include the 10 million now, then you need to include it going back 3 months to give you an accurate picture of what the float increase has been.

Therefore, including the 10 million, the float 3 months ago was 18 million.

Either way, the float has increased by 10 million in the last 3 months. It has not increased since August 21, 2014.
