I did read your post and it sounded good.I think that the "no news" could be a good sign.It could mean that they are doing some major things and have to go through a quiet period.If you like HISC,and I know you do,then you should look into SSTY because they are similar in many ways.They are uplisting also and the x-dividend date is April 24 I believe.
