Not one of the 14 filed a complaint to the court or spoke to the court. They (the 14) took the high road at every turn, and were willing to do the right thing by the company and all the other creditors, and shareholders.



Such extraordinary ALTRUISM to be found amongst lenders and creditors!!!

Especially amongst 14 of them acting as of one!!

I have suggested an alternate explanation before which I now reiterate. One that requires nothing more than the fact that
that CDEX has no funds to pay and that the ANGELS had offered to
finance the continued existence of CDEX, provided that they be declared the sole secured lenders.

To agree to that cost them nothing in new funds, and offered hope that CDEX could market the G4 and perhaps something else. To file suit in a futile effort to extract money from a company with no funds makes no sense whatsoever, and filing suit is a costly process.
