...there is a "missing link" with regard to this entire case........some piece of this puzzle will complete it, eventually, imo........................

...I'm a sleuth and I simply cannot find it - - YET - - maybe it's the CSSA and FCNCA NOL purchase = stock pooling........who knows....????....auntie li did give a hint when she elaborated on the distinction between the bank and the holding company - - then cut me off and hung up......and now will not speak to the western united nut....????......wonder why.....?????....

...one of OUR - OUR attorneys said with 100% confidence that there is activity of some sort going on behind the scenes........our neighbor atty said within 30 seconds after hearing about the appeal drop that "they settled"....................and on and on........

...problem is the FDIC is a master legal manipulator and a CSSA is the standard FDIC settlement method........see MTOR and Ambase.......so why not believe in the CONSPIRACY theory......??????......who the F/- cares.....???.....right now, we are wiped out....TOTALLY.......
