Today is the 3rd and possibly final "special hearing" day for FL MMJ Compassionate Care Act of 2014. One of the topics to be discussed is the lottery system for cultivator selection for each of the 5 regions in FL.

This has been a hot topic among potential growers since each region has more than 1 qualified cultivator per region, thus requiring the lottery style selection process to be implemented. I don't believe they will address the 30 year nurseryman requirement, which limits the available talent for growing MMJ.

This is a golden opportunity for companies like $TRTC to joint venture or contractually partner with a cultivator and thus dispense as well since FL wants turnkey operations for each region. The product is most likely to be an extract from the plant for patients with refractory and intractable seizure activity or certain cancer related treatment needs. $TRTC needs to be ready for all opportunities ahead...for cultivation, production and dispensing operations. All they need is the right partner...just need to find the WHO!

FL will explode after the November elections when full MMJ amendment is passed on the 2nd!
