...July 15, 2013 (or 21st...?? - we're checking with Jeff) was the later of the two deadline dates, I believe, for recognized claimants to file.........so June would be 12 months and add 5 = November......but that's waiting dangerously too long, imo..........

...granted, coordinating the IRS ruling with the SEC limits on stock pooling - - all within a BK takes time.............and there are lots of loose ends and the FDIC doesn't want the "deal" included in the BK estate, etc........just the proceeds......or whatever FCNCA tosses into the abyss......

...fine wine........................increases in value with age......

...and note there are sealed documents going into the BK CT on a regular basis...............what is there to HIDE and SEAL..............Jeff's phone number........???????.......
