AF makes some points, but fails to explain that the lower rev forecasts are likely due to a delay in recognizing the French revs, about $15-20MM, now shifted from 2014 into 2015. That of course will bring that $20MM into 2015, so that 2015 number is hardening, i.e. likely to be good (I need to revisit the math but $150's is not impossible. The 15mg price fix and the good Rx numbers will help quite a bit.

The 15mg fix will be a bit more complicated to achieve in Eu though.
