I disagree partly with your answer MB25 as we all know that this stock has been manipulated and shorted beyond belief and there may even be evidence to support the strong suspicion that this company has been deliberately and intentionally damaged by criminal activities by certain individuals and organizations.
I do accept that the BOD has made some decisions which may not look to be the best decisions on paper, but they have made them based on the financing deals that were available at the time as a result of the activities which led to the sharp decline in share price - to some extent the BOD were forced into making some of these decisions and we don't know what else was available, we merely speculate
Whether we like it or not, we are where we are and, as you say "something is happening". I personally look at the openness and transparency of the new CFO and BOD as being good because they won't get any big investors looking at them without this cleanup. From the limited communications that we've seen, there's a lot of pieces of the jigsaw falling into place and there must be some kind of cash injection coming through whatever means (JV, Private Equity etc) to finance them and when that happens, we'll see a commensurate rise in PPS and we can all go TO DA MOON or wherever it is we want to go...
