HarryLipschitz, this is a good question for "Red Angus and JJS", and other legal minds, for me it looks that we as shareholders have a constitutional right under the Seventh Amendment to question the verdict the Courts of Appeal regarding two of the judges clearly overruled the jury's verdict and told Hon. Raymond Jackson that he did not know the law and they are in control of the Court of Appeals. GLTA.
