Can we clear this up once and for all?

MUST A PERSON own shares of mCig 3 days or so before the SEC says go, in order to get the VitaCig dividend?

so what then?
the SEC says "effective"
then what? BOOM?
the next day mcig trades without the vitacig penny and you lost or lucked out?

or will there be a few days or more in which we can buy back in and still purchase mCig shares that have a VitaCig dividend attached?

this is crucial and I am still unsure
