Seems to me, most of the "buyback" was to correct Aaron exceeding the AS.
Forget about the 1.499B shares given to "2 companies" run by Taylor Moffit and his associate. Investors remember the 26B+ given to Sal and then add the OS as of Dec. 31, 2012 of 4.34B+ to see that even by leaving out the 2 Taylor Moffit "companies" he still exceeded the AS by about 1B, but oh yea, they bought back 1.499B so leaving out the shares given to 2 of the "companies" that surprisingly received 1.499B each and we end up with an OS of about 29.5B after the buyback by leaving out the "2 companies" 1.499B shares each. It should be very entertaining to see how Aaron writes up the disclosures to show the buyback.
It will be lots of laughs.
Wow, that was a close one for Aaron. He caught that just in time, but not before it was proven here by a few truthtellers.
