Probably hired a broker and MM to move those shares on a fixed time basis over the last three months.
Question would be are they in the float. Not that many shares out there, be nice when it's just the PP, Ellins and us retailers.

I actually think the MM's knew those 4mil were coming and have kept it orderly to accumulate the only stock available.
