It might do your blood pressure some good to relax. There is little strategic value in hitting the ask at the present moment for the buyer. If people are so set on selling they are willing to dump on the bid that is their issue. When news hits this will go up. Until then it will probably go down more than up. Hitting the ask is going to do little to prop the price up.
