If CEO Roger Smith is legitimate and this Cannabis Funding venture has ANY merit whatsoever, then I'd imagine shares of SMVR will skyrocket at the mere mention of any portion of their $100,000,000 capital raise being funded.

Wall Street has NOT taken this CEO seriously.

That's the reason the shares have sunk from .15 down to .0007

Mr Smith, how about you FOCUS a little more on Smart Ventures versus posting flashy pics of your fleet of used classic cars?

Shareholders deserve some professionalism and Wall Street wont take you serious until you act like a CEO of a publicly traded company.
