Maybe I'm just a little harsh, but I think ol' Jeremy has a little 'splainin to do here. When I read that scathing bill of particulars from the SEC I have to question the overall character of our "White Knight". This one in touting MSGI stuck out, I quote ;
"its website as an operational security company with customers all over the world, despite the fact that MSGI had long lacked the financial means to manufacture any of its security products on a commercial scale and was then “operating” out of an apartment. Although it was once a security
services company with operating revenue, MSGI has essentially been a dormant and debt-ridden shell since 2008."
I do not see anything resembling an order that bars Jeremy making a statement at this point and it has been over a month since the court's decision. Hello..................
