So basically you are saying none of these are applicable on penny stocks: support/resist, technical indicators, candle patterns, fibonacci retracements, elliot waves, etc.

Dude, I'm not trying to raz you, but rethink your statement. I would say the chart doesnt matter much, in say, a triple 0 stock, but your statement is absurd.
