I just got to thinking. Frank is not an inexperienced CEO. I work off the assumption that everything is planned and has a purpose. So the question of "why give us a date for the audit, and then not tell us he would miss it?" Just bugs me.
IMO it was a planned move to buy back shares.
He has access to the cash and resources to quietly get it done.

Maybe it will get some discussion started. All just my opinion.
