To me this is a good sign. If it was something they were rushing through or was not legitimate, the "auditing" would take no time. The fact that this is taking time to be audited shows that it is being done correctly and will give much more credibility to the numbers when they are published. I myself would much rather wait for audited financials done correctly than ones which are unaudited. Just the way I see things right now, I don't mind waiting and it gives time to add more shares at these cheaper prices.
