Yeah, they had to have known they were jeopardy of being delisted way in advance. I'll bet they had weeks if not months of warnings and mailings. That was total incompetence to allow that to happen.

OK, so they paid up and made a post to their fb page.

The problem is that it appears terrible. The retail investor is not going to dig down and find out what the root cause was, they just see the news flash that Blah, Blah was down listed and move on.
That's why it is vitally important to get our a PR and explain what happened.

You take the delisting along with The Verge hit piece and what kind of an impression are you left with.

Incompetence, stupidity, overlooking the details, ignorance.
It's like they don't even believe in themselves or they think too much of themselves that all they have to do is make it and they will come.
