Valentine owns nothing and that is a fact! He has lost his court case and his appeal case with the Supreme Court of Zimbabwe. Is a fact!

He will lose this case as well along with all the others.

Ever by some stroke of unusual luck all Mr. Valentine would be entitled to is a very very very small tribute less than 25% of the net proceeds. However that is never going to happen.

We could simply shut down operations in the area that Mr. Valentine is disputing for the tribute. They could simply be in mining operations in a different area of Dodge mine where he has absolutely no influence.
