No Fan and Hinnant seem just as corrupt IMO. They stole the company right out from Olsen and all of the shareholders IMO. Fan will now control the shell. Fan was supposed to deliver $1 million to Olsen, Schenk and Goldman for Dr. Sherman within 3 days after signing the takeover contract on March 6th. That never happened. Fan was supposed to deliver another $4 million within 30 days. This has not happened. No matter what Fan has not paid for his control/ownership of the company. Since he is the one who can claim BK - I would be very interested in who Lloyd Fan really is and what he is not doing or saying. Why is he allowed to be the ONE to control the network? He lied to everyone and said the he had the immediate means to make it work and assume all of the debt - IMO. He knew what he was getting into. He knew what he was doing. He knew and so did Hinnant - IMO.

BE CAREFUL EVERYONE! PLEASE! DO NOT FALL PREY TO THE FAN SCAM! ASK QUESTIONS OF MR. FAN AND HINNANT AND DEMAND ANSWERS.
