Your "alleged" is wrong as it was based on something from the SEC and it was not alleged about the filings.

The "temporary" was because of the filings.

Two separate issues

I don't know the reason but I'll wait for the information to come to light. Is the stock dead you can speculate and add advice. Maybe it is and maybe its not but time will tell like all things.

Either way its not very good but time will dictate the outcome.

I still stand that its all a gamble with stocks down here. They are a penny stock for a reason
