No that is a logical non sequitor. Other variables come into play. These scammers in the OTCs would never make it in real companies in real exchanges. They all talk about NASDAQ but wouldn't have a snowballs chance in hell getting imaginary quarterly or annual report numbers through. GAAP numbers are more than just numbers. They are only used by firms which are already being held to a higher standard of integrity. INTEGRITY and ACCOUNTABILITY the limes of which are rarely found in penny scam-land.

Just because you see a report with numbers or a PR with "forward looking statements or something don't trust them!
