Its very simple. ING will have to prove by independent forensic examination of its computer systems what bonds in the series have been redeemed, which ones were issued and to whom, which institutions bought them and when they were bought.

I can see an out of court settlement coming unless ING wants it's name dragged through the mud one more time.
