I understand what you are saying but remember that the proxy is mailed out to all shareholders and usually says if they don't hear back the proposal will go through as planned. No vote means a vote for the action. the majority of stockholders don't vote and so it usually passes. anyway thanks for clarifying that and shows the importance of reading everything you get in the mail regarding votes etc. most people throw that stuff away. we are a small percentage of the people who own shares in this company. hopefully we get some milestone news soon.
