This is true for any OTC stock. Up on news and then a drop on low summer volume. O/S numbers/Float numbers have not seen significant changes in the time frame that you have referenced. Some changes- but not huge.
Do you pay attention to the OTC market? Stocks rise on news, get hot, attract volume and then typically trend back down towards where they started. This is the nature of the OTC.
The stock never made it on the pump and dump lists of certain websites. It just followed the natural trendline. With Future updates- expect to see an increase in the price-especially when volume returns to the OTC during the fall/winter months.
