Karen Finnerman one of the Fast Money panelists/fund managers has ARWR with a spec buy and a $45 target. She thinks this could be a target of a big cap bio also.

I have been patient on this one….hoping its another DNDN or IMCL that worked out well for me several years ago. Wish I owned more but my rule on bios is less core position and keep trading it.
