Don't Assume

A statement like Mr. Samblis or the Company is under SEC investigation is libelous. I would never assume anything like that nor, would the SEC or any investigating agency ever tell you if there was an ongoing investigation with respect to any person or person(s) suspected of an SEC violation.

I have no clue why Mr. Samblis would post on a website that he is finishing up the Q and two weeks later still not have it filed.

I can only surmise that is is some good news for a change that he would want to include in the document. Why else would he delay the filing of same? Indeed, if he delays it much more, the accountants may insist on coming back and updating their subsequent review through the date of filing to make sure that all of the required disclosures are in there.

In the meantime, sit back, buy a six pack of Reeds Soda by selling 50,000 shares of stock (plus or minus a few thousand) and let the good times roll.
