Guilty of speculation I most definitely am...

I ask myself, Why settle up now? Why announce BOD appointment now? Why uplist talk now? And the biggest why IMO, why bury the completion of Cohort 8 in the latest PR? More importantly was what was NOT mentioned about K. IRB? Cohort 9? Dose?
Is it just me or is that odd?
I don't know anything and I hate it!
As I type the SP has fallen below $2 w/o much resistance. Not wholly unexpected but a grim reminder of the forces at work against us nonetheless.
Need clarification big time.
