ZX: Just curious, what do you feel QVT would consider a "fair market value" to receive for their shares? A multiple similar to that of US listed auto part peers? Hong Kong listed peers?

Nice to have them fighting for fair value.

On February 28, 2014, QVT Fund V LP, QVT Fund IV LP and Quintessence Fund L.P., filed a claim against the Company in the British Virgin Islands court on the basis that the proposed business restructuring and reorganization would (i) amount to conduct that contravenes the Business Companies Act (2004) (as amended) of the British Virgin Islands and the articles of association of the Company, and (ii) be, or would be likely to be, unfairly prejudicial to the claimants. The claimants are seeking relief by way of an order declaring that the restructuring is not in the best interests of the Company, that the Company or the Chairman purchase the claimants ADSs for a price no less than fair market value, or alternatively, restrain the Company from implementing the proposed business regularly. The Company intends to actively respond to and defend these claims.
