The new shares are for the new acquisition and will not hit the street for another 6 months and likely a year IMO. No choice but to wait it out. D-bag will get the S/P much higher before he dilutes. He hasn't spent the money, er shares, thus far creating new websites and partnerships to let this go to trip 1 and die. The guys is an ass, but he is not dumb.
