net- I don't know, but either way, revenue from the lawsuit should be viewed as a one time event, and not figured in EPS from operations nor be a guage of future potential. With KSWW, it's the backlog that's always important. As of the end of Mar, the backlog was at a record $85M. Assuming margins stay constant, we can get a bit of handle of how revenues and earnings will come in for the Mar qtr. Right now, I believe we can make the assumption that revenues will come in around $20M, and if margins hold, eps of around $.14 fully taxed. If it turns out they do post these numbers for the Mar qtr in May, and the stock gets the AMEX listing in the meantime, Katie bar the door. I mean, I could see the stock fly over $6 in a heartbeat. Of course, there are a lot of ifs in there. Wade
