Why do small caps do well, in my view. Responsiveness in the same way that active management of stocks tends to provide for more returns. People like the higher returns potential of the logarithmic scale in pps growth ( everyone likes the parabolic pps curve ). ( could be the answers ).

Management of small caps, generally less stodgy than large cap growth.
