Who here would be upset if CTS

forfeited rights to any and all recoveries because the "filed under guarantee" box was left unchecked?

Lol

BNYM trustee: "let me summarize the reasons why CTS should be paid immediately, your honor..

Legal reason 1: Blah blah blah

Legal reason 2: Blah blah blah

Legal reason 3: Blah blah blah

Legal reason 4: Blah blah blah

Legal reason 5: Blah blah blah

Legal reason 6: Blah blah blah

Honorable Judge Chapman: "nice summary and very convincing to say the least. And so what's your justification for not paying the Lehman Capital Trusts, considering you have the cash on hand? [looks toward LBHI attorney]

LBHI attorney: "your honor, we'd like to submit exhibit A to the court with your permission"

Honorable Judge Chapman: [glances at exhibit A that is handed to her] "what's this? It appears to be the claim filed by BNYM..."

LBHI attorney: "that's correct, your honor. Could you please turn to page 2 of the filing...]

Honorable Judge Chapman: [flips to the second page of the hundred page filing] "ok...and..."

LBHI attorney: "do you see the box that reads "filed under guarantee"?... Notice how it's not checked?"

[Chapman glances down at the document, then slowly shakes her head. After a moment of pause followed by long sigh, she removes her bifocals and turns to the BNYM trustee casting a sharp stare in his direction]

Honorable judge chapman: "motion to make payment to guaranteed claims belonging to CTS is denied.. court dismissed." [strikes gavel and gets up from her bench]
