if the company puts out news ahead of time what they plan to do with the RS if it happens then you have time to make your decisions. but if they halt trading and when it opens back up you have one fifth or whatever of the shares you previously owned in your account then you better be around to make a quick decision. I would hope they let us know ahead of time the intentions. that's all im saying.
