I don't think anyone can say whether this is positive or negative. at this point we don't know how the stock will be affected. all we can do is wait for some substantial news and hope its good. I am ready to hear something of substance. when that happens the stock will move. I also think Reverse splits will always be in the minds of these new companies. outstanding shares are too high because they made that happen with the finance offerings(that was needed). all you can hope for is that they don't halt trading pending news as they have done before and )then announce something that makes price come way down(RS). if that happens in the future you better be ready to act fast. when you halt trading and bad news follows it really screws you. not saying this is going to happen but always cover your different scenarios.
