The fact that they are a form 15 filer is a moot point since they inherited it and have published every document that would be needed to uplist thus far in the even they do. I believe they will go for qb after the end of the year and have audited financials, I'm sure calkin knows a few accountants, for this year for the uplist with eventually going to the Nasdaq in 2-3 years, I could also see a small reverse split, 3:1,4:1 to help that but also see buybacks being an option as more and more companies have billions of shares these days with all the compensation plans that are absurd. I think our money is extremely safe here for a long term investment and everything I have found in my research and the people I have talked to and communicated with lead me to believe this is one of the better investments for growth in the industry. I expect a climb starting this week as we cross the smas this week with a strong push Into 2014. And when the new low thc federal law passes, don't be suprised if we get into that growing game.
