I think the whale posted...or if not posted correctly, then meant..... that this "time around" is do or die.
If Baltia doesn't complete the process THIS TIME, then there will be no other opportunites. Neither the "whales" nor the FAA are going to give Baltia another chance.
October 1st is just a target date....which still might get hit....although the "whale" personally believes....in his opinion....that it is getting into the realm of being too optimistic at this time.
The whale, however, still believes that 2014 is a definite (for certification as well as first revenue generating flights)....and that certification will occur in the month of October, 2014.....but just that October 1st is cutting it a little too close.
I am.....I mean "the whale" is still told to be ready with a half million dollar check by the 3rd week of September to cover fuel expenses for proving flights, so who knows..............
Truth be told.....the whale has been wrong before (my wife and my shrink insist I have to say that more often....and truly mean it when I say it....so I am trying).
Maybe October 1st is still plausible................
