Dude,

A reverse split is not a good idea and management seems to be considering it, which has me worried.

A reverse split would destroy common shareholders and allow the company to make more money by selling more shares, after the split.

ADCS will not reduce the amount of authorized shares. A reverse split will reduce the number of outstanding shares, thereby allowing the company to sell more shares up to the number of authorized shares.

If ADCS does this (management is open and is considering it), this will prove the company is a pump and dump, share selling scam.

There was no volume yesterday, which is not a good sign. Where are the updates that have been promised on FB?
