Only the financiers are investors. Bill and a few others are insiders. Together, they conspire to issue and sell as much stock as they can for as high a price as possible to speculators. Then the whole thing is over and they go on to the next thing. That's the way pinky penny stocks work. FITX is no different. For anyone to think that Bill is selling his personal shares and investing the proceeds into the company is simply ludicrous. His success or failure in his profession depends on how much money he can take OUT of FITX. So far, he's been doing great.
