KEYP big brother tbird likes this one a lot. Delisted NASDAQ issue float 9.8M shares and shrinking as the company buys back shares up to $1.50. Within the last year anything under a buck is small downside risk. Take a look at the chart and notice the stock doesn't close under $1 very often and when its does it comes back up the next day. Maybe a good one to flip if you see a nice bear raid. Most regard fully reporting company as legit and not just another China fraud.
