The suit against BeBevCo is still being evaluated.

After about 2 weeks of counsel information gathering, it's clear that Brian currently has several cases pending against him. He is clearly not a stranger to lawsuits which is why he has a cavalier attitude when threatened with a Class Action Lawsuit.

The original plan was to seek class action relief on behalf of all shareholders who have taken a loss, but on the advice of counsel, going after Brian as an Individual plaintiff may be more effective in my case. No decision has been made and additional information (proof of fraud) is still coming in to build the best case possible.

I don't post much, but I promise to keep the board in the loop as things develop.
