It's really funny and sad the way some people are posting lies because there's really nothing bad to dig up on this merger

We have two people claiming emails from Ovadia are fake when most of us know for a fact they are real..(I have received similar responses from Ovadia)

We also have the same people claiming the TA is gagged when it's not

These people are grasping at straws here because other than understandable delays because of the complexity of a merger between a company in Israel and Canada on a US stock exchange they have ZERO dirt here

Still in my opinion the most important thing is that Mr Ovadia responds to most of our emails and seems to be excited to get the ball rolling....werpo has already been registered and it looks like he's not sitting still while waiting for the merger to be completed....The one and ONLY concern is I hope Pedder doesn't f@@@ this whole thing up somehow because I'm not high on the guy and hopefully we get that PR soon

But once again the most important guy in this is Ovadia
