Yes that is one of the positives here.

Also Aruda doesn't seem to be lacking for money so he will probably hang on to his shares.

Also it the fact it is all settled as of the 28th of Aug 2014,... might clear the way for a deal with a Pharma.

Lucky Aruda,... with his shares he now partcipates in Prurisol, Brilacidin,... and a host of other compounds that he probably had very little to do in developing or finding.
