The shell, the shell?............WHAT about the shell/holding company..........What part of the structure of the holdings don't you get? QBID is TMM...they own QTN.........what's not clear, ZERO ? If TMM doesn't own QTV, who does? and what DOES TMM own.....Still relying on Olsen???? He's been proven reliable.
